Obesity rates tripled in teens from the consumption of soda.IDKT, I didn’t know that … from 1977 to 2002 the consumption of sugary beverages doubled, as did obesity rates in children ages two to eleven. Worse than that is that obesity rates tripled in children ages twelve to nineteen. I also didn’t know that more than 90 percent of American children and teens consume soda every single day.

Whatever happened to drinking water? Add a little fresh squeezed lemon juice to it and it makes the prefect beverage that doesn’t harm the human body. We have been brainwashed to believe that we need anything else. It has been proven that drinking a glass of water several minutes before consuming a meal, can contribute to weight loss by as much as 44 percent.

Yes, I believe in the right to choose what I put into my body, but I also believe in the right to truth and the true facts about the products that are offered to me that I am putting into my body. If you knew what I knew about food in America today, you might change your tune sooner rather than later. Stay tuned. I’ve only just begun to educate you so that you can make your own choices about what you will and will not put into your body and the future of the health of your children and loved ones.
