IDKT (I Didn’t Know That)…

flaxseed…ingesting flaxseeds could lower a person’s risk of getting ovarian cancer. I recently read in the latest Natural News newsletter that a case-control study was done on U.S. women that found that lignans (chemical compounds found in plants that are considered phytoestrogens) are responsible for lowering this risk. The Truth About Cholesterol

Posted in Cholesterol, Disease on 02.01.13

Dr. Pearson of the New Medicine Foundation and I once had a conversation about Cholesterol.  We were discussing the truth behind cholesterol and the damage statin drugs cause.

This is what we know:

1. There is really no ‘bad’ natural chemical in the body, therefore no “bad” cholesterol.

You’ll keep constipation at bay and stop the retention of water in the body. Limiting water consumption is never a good idea. Drink at least 4 quarts of pure water a day. If you have a reverse osmosis water unit in your home, make sure you add a little Himalayan sea salt to the filtered water to put minerals back in.
