Eating a Paleo diet long term – is it good or bad?  What are the long term affects of restricting carbohydrates?  

 

There is a lot of compelling evidence out there today as to what is good and what is not when it comes to food.  It can be very confusing if you are not on top of all the latest research.  Listen to find out and share your own experiences with Coach D as she dives into the specifics of the long term affects of eating paleo, restricting carb consumption and overall health.

  3. The Paleo Answer – Book written by Loren Cordain, PhD. This is a very good book on the topic.  Goes into how many meals to eat a day, vegetarianism, milk, grains, beans, potatoes and how food affects the bodies auto immune system.

VSG Weight Loss and HCG, The First Week
