It is imperative that people that have been severely dieting previous to doing hCG, gorge on fatty foods a week prior to beginning the protocol to restock the normal fat reserves. That kind of dieting was depleting normal fat reserves, which is something that should always be avoided. HCG will target the abnormal fat reserves only, the cellulite along with belly and hip fat depletion is common. It will never touch normal (structural or fuel) fat reserves. That is the reason that severe dieting without hCG ends up leaving a person looking drawn, haggard, tired and in some cases wrinkly. Structural fat is a necessity.
