Speaking Up ~ Speaking Out

IDKT (I Didnt Know That)

Got the Blues? Feeling a little low? I might know why!

I promise you, your depression isn’t the result of being deficient in antidepressants.  But, it could be that you are deficient in androgens.

Ah, androgens you say, what the heck is an androgen?  Androgens are hormones that are produced by specific organs in the human body.  Many times, if a man or a woman is depressed it is due to the fact that they are lacking in testosterone (for men) and progesterone (for women).  These two simple and basic hormones can be severely deficient in men and women these days.  Both of these hormones have a relaxing affect on the human body, hence the reason they are advised to be taken at bedtime.

I know, I know, everyone is surprised to hear that testosterone is relaxing right?  It’s true.  It really is guys!  I always thought that aggressive men had too much testosterone; however, what I have come to learn is that the opposite is true.  I’m willing to bet that aggressive men have too much estrogen and too little testosterone.  OR they have too much synthetic testosterone floating around in their systems.  Don’t believe me.  Have a saliva hormone test done.  That’s the best way to find out.

I challenge women to do the same.  If you are having trouble sleeping at night or are not getting a restful sleep and/or if you are operating on a short fuse these days with little patience, get your hormones checked.  I’m willing to bet once again that a woman is lacking progesterone and in many instances, has an abundance of estrogen in her system.

So the next time you are feeling aggressive with high anxiety, irritability, insomnia and dealing with a bit of depression, get your hormone levels checked by a doctor that understands hormones.   This isn’t advised for just adult men and women either.  It is for everyone, yes even children.  Babies are being born into the world today, deficient.  The first thing everyone thinks when a child has issues is ADD, ADHD, autism, etc.  While anything is possible, if it were me, the first thing I would do is have my child’s hormone levels checked.

All for now folks! Get those hormones checked!

An excellent hormone testing facility (done through the mail AND in person) contact us my friends at New Medicine Foundation.

Albert Einstein

This is why I do what I do.  It would have been easy to learn what I learned and not do anything with it except to use it on myself.  I care about the universe.  I care about human beings.  I love my daughters.  I want them and everyone to have the opportunities I had.  In order to manifest those desires, I need to take truth, my new knowledge, and do something with it.  Now you know how and why  A Voice For Change was created.

Do something today.  Don’t wait.
